Pricing isn’t applying at checkout

Confirm the rule is Active and the product has quantity tiers, then place a test order at or above the first tier quantity.

The storefront widget isn’t showing

Add the Volera block from the Theme Editor on the product page. It reads the same tier data as checkout, so it appears once a rule is active for that product.

Analytics shows no data

ROI analytics (Pro) populates from real orders that hit a pricing tier, and requires Shopify Protected Customer Data approval. It stays empty until then.
