By installing or using Volera (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app provides B2B quantity pricing for Shopify stores.

Use of the app

The app applies merchant-configured volume pricing at checkout via a Shopify Discount Function. The merchant is responsible for the prices and tiers they configure and for compliance with applicable pricing and tax laws.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to violate any law, Shopify’s terms, or third-party rights; to misrepresent prices to buyers; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.

Plans & billing

The app offers a free plan and a paid plan billed through Shopify’s Billing API. Charges, trials, and cancellations are handled by Shopify; cancelling returns the shop to the free plan. See the in-app Plans & billing page for current pricing.

Availability & warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the listing.
